Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and physical abilities, most of the classic Yoga postures can be modified or adapted to be accessible to all students. Yoga practice is not however recommended for pregnant students until after the 16th week of pregnancy and should be practiced with caution in the final trimester.
Prior to commencing a Yoga class it is normal practice to complete a Health and Previous Experience Form, this will enable me to assess any individual needs you may have and to plan classes around student’s needs. If you would like to contact me on: email@example.com I will send you the Form. I would ask that you bring the completed Health and Previous Experience Form along with you to your first session. Please be assured that all information provided on this form will be kept confidential and will be stored in accordance with GDPR guidelines. I am fully registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office).
