British Wheel of Yoga

Foundation Course 1

In 2024 I will be running a British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course 1. This course is designed to explore Yoga in more depth. It includes practical and theoretical work on the eight limbs of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, (asana, pranayama, concentration and meditation), as well as the history, different paths and schools of Yoga. The course is intended for students who would like to develop their knowledge of Yoga further as well as for those wanting to train as teachers as it provides them with a good introduction to teacher training courses.

The course is 60 hours in length with an Introductory Day of 4 hours. Course dates to be advised.

Costs: £25 for the Introductory Day and £575 for the Course (10 sessions).
